What's included on each plan
The hash-chained audit trail, ESIGN-compliant consent capture, and SHA-256-sealed final PDF are what we'd call the legal record. We ship them on every plan, including free, because we think they should be the floor, not the ceiling.

Enterprise SSO and SCIM provisioning
DocuSign supports SAML, SCIM, IdP-managed access controls, and role hierarchies that span thousands of users. We don't, yet. If your IT team is going to mandate IdP-only login or SCIM-managed groups, start there.
Deep CRM integrations
DocuSign has first-party Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, and ServiceNow integrations with bidirectional metadata sync. We have none of that. You'd need to roll your own webhook flow against our API.
Brand recognition with risk-averse counterparties
An unfamiliar e-sig service can spook a counterparty's legal team — even if the underlying compliance is identical. If you regularly send to enterprise procurement reviewers, the DocuSign logo lubricates the deal.
Notary and witness flows
DocuSign supports remote online notarization in U.S. states that allow it, plus structured witness flows. Our v1 doesn't. On the roadmap; not shipping yet.
