I can't find the email. Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from the sender “… from vouch.ink”. You can also ask the sender to resend it.
The link says it doesn't work. Links last 30 days and stop working once a document is signed, voided or expired. Ask the sender for a new one.
Where is my signed copy? Everyone who signs gets the sealed PDF by email when the last person signs.
Questions about what's in the document go to the person who sent it: reply to their email.

Billing and plans are under Billing in the app. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed in your Apple ID settings.
Deleting your account: in the app or on vouch.ink, Settings ▸ Delete account. Your sign-in, email address and name are removed at once, and you leave your organization. If you are the only member of an organization with an active plan, cancel the plan under Billing first (plans bought in the iPhone app are cancelled in your Apple ID settings). Documents and their audit trails stay with the organization: signed records have to be kept, and the other signers hold copies. If you can’t sign in, or you also want drafts nobody signed removed, email hello@vouch.ink from the address on the account; we confirm by reply and finish within 30 days.
Checking a signed document is open to anyone at vouch.ink/verify.
